How to get noticed as a small YouTuber

Getting noticed as a small YouTuber is hard, it’s something I’ve struggled with for years but I finally found a way which works for me and I wanted to share it for if it may help someone else get their YouTube noticed.  1.) keywords: keywords go a long away but make sure they are relevant, when you are a small YouTuber this is the only way people will find your video so make sure your keywords are well thought out and relevant to your video to get the most views 2.) sharing: share you videos on all your social media using hashtags that are relevant even sharing in groups related to your video can help but never do sub 4 sub as that will hurt your channel   3.) be consistent: being consistent means people know when you will upload and want a to come back to see new content. YouTube will also know you are active on the platform and push your videos out more. Also engage with your viewers constantly  4.) research: research all your video ideas, if you are stuck for videos research trend

My skincare and makeup routine

I have recently started to do minimal makeup every day, as well as finally looking after my skin.  Every morning I wash my face with cold water to get rid of any dirt and grim from throughout the night.  I apply mascara and lip balm as my makeup. I will occasionally do a full face but not every day.  When it comes to nighttime skincare, I use Nivea's daily facial scrub, which is designed to stop pimples.  Once a week, I will use some sort of mud mask to rehydrate my skin, leaving it shiny.

Beauty on a budget

There are a number of ways to look and feel your best on a budget. I have to budget really closely now since becoming a single mum but beauty is me and something I refuse to give up I just do it cheaply now.  Here are some tips on how to stay and look beautiful on a tight budget: Hair: hair care can be annoying, split ends end up with a trip to the hair salon which is expensive but if you look out for deals with local hairdressing students you can get an amazing service for FREE or dirt cheap.  When it comes to hair care products shop around. If you use a certain brand of something search them up online and find the cheapest place local to you that stock them. You may land up going to multiple stores but every dollar adds up.  Skincare: drink loads of water to keep your skin looking fabulous, wash your face daily and most importantly moisturise and apply sunscreen to protect and hydrate your face.  Makeup: not only will shopping deals save you money but buying drugstore makeup can ha

How to effectively write a blog post to be seen

Now don't get me wrong, you can do everything right and still not have your blog or blog post found; sucks, right? But that is because it’s not all about SEO (I will get into that soon) it’s also about marketing, but I’m not here to mumble on about marketing your blog; I’m here to give you the hard facts about how to write a blog post to be seen effectively.  Now, what is SEO? SEO stands for Search engine optimization, which is the process of improving the quality and quantity of website traffic to a website or a web page from search engines. SEO targets unpaid traffic rather than direct traffic or paid traffic. In short, it means that instead of paying for ads to get your blog out there or marketing your blog yourself, it does the work for you.   So you may be asking, how do you do it? First, off you will need an idea for your blog post. For example, you may be wanting to do a post on how to make sales on  Redbubble  . You want to come up with a title that will not only draw peo

Top 10 must-see travel destinations: New Zealand

Top 10 places to visit in New Zealand   I moved to New Zealand back when I was seven years old, and as I grew up, I wanted to find some fantastic places to visit. I found the ten best places to visit in New Zealand.  This list will contain five places in the south island of New Zealand and five of the north island.  North Island 1- Matamata All my hobbit fans will definitely want to check out Matamata, where the shire lays.  But for all my non-hobbit fans, there is still a lot to do in Matamata, from the Wairere falls to the opal hot springs.  2- Pouakai If you love long walks, The pouakai range is for you, but even if you don’t want to go on a walk, there is still a lot of sightseeing to do.  3-Waiheke Island From beautiful beaches to wine tours  Waiheke island has something for everyone.  4-Rotorua From the hot springs to the Maori culture, Rotorua is a must-go destination.  5-Coromandel The coromandel has such a vibrant history that it’s no wonder most people rave about going to t

Life update

I'm sorry I've been absent a lot recently but I plan to get back on track soon just may take me a while but for now I thought I would let you in on what is happening in my life at the moment.  I have been really stressed out recently juggling housework, baby and being in a lot of pain from Endometriosis so I have just taken a step back from all my social media for a bit to focus on what really matters, my family.  When we moved houses in October baby was only 9 weeks old so I didn’t get much actually done when it came to unpacking and recently I was out on antidepressants again which made me finally be able to cope with my feelings and I noticed the mess of my house so I have been cleaning and organising like crazy.   At the start of the year my endometriosis flared up which has led to a lot of pain and days were I can barely move off the couch so I have just been taking it a day at a time and taking help when needed.  I only have three rooms in my house left to sort and clean

My labour and birth story

If you would rather watch my story:  https://youtu.be/WT9dGfzLQGg As a lot of you know, back on August 1st 2021, I gave birth to my daughter, who I named Victoriarose.  I already filmed and uploaded my birth story when she was still very young, but today I am going to tell you my intense birth story on how I went from planning a medication-free hospital birth to an emergency c-section. My birth story starts at 41 weeks pregnant.  I had been having intense back pain since 10 am on July 31st but not thinking anything of it. I went on with my day, but at around 3 pm, they started to move to my front, and my uterus started to get really tight, but I was able to cope through the pain as long as I wasn't sitting down so again I didn't think much of it, but from 7 pm they had only gotten more intense, hot showers took the edge off, but I couldn’t move through them anymore, and I was struggling to talk through them, I was tracking them for a bit at 7:40, but I had to stop because focus

How I did with my 2021 goals | this years goals and schedule

2021 was one hell of a year; between everything going on in the world and the uncertainty of what would happen next with covid-19 and having a baby, I didn’t do very well with my yearly goals, and I did expect that to happen, but it’s now 2022; a whole new year, and I know I can do a lot better this year.  How I did with my 2021 goals  Back at the beginning of 2021, I made my yearly goals and uploaded them here on my blog; if you missed that post Or have forgotten what my annual goals were, here they are: Take better care of myself Finish writing and editing my books from 2020 Publish three books Have 2k youtube subs Have 500 Twitter followers Have 2.5k Instagram followers Have 7k TikTok followers I didn’t do nearly as well as I thought I would. I did fantastic at taking care of myself up until June 2021, then everything I had done was erased, and I stopped caring for myself.  I didn’t finish writing or editing my books, but I did get most of the way through editing my book on Endometr
