Four Print on demand

Print on demand sites as a great tool for people who want to own their own business and earn money even when they sleep or are on holiday without having to do any handling or shipping of the products.

There are many websites for print on demand wand I’ll talk over a few with the last bit of this blog post about my favourite print on demand website.

PrintfulPrintful is one of the best print on demand companies, offering a wide range of products to customize and features to help you get started that range from product and t-shirt mockup generators to services like logo design. Whether you want to sell apparel, prints, home decor, or accessories, you can find what you’re looking for in Printful’s catalog.
For an additional cost, you can also add your own branding to your products and packaging, including inside labels and packaging inserts to help encourage repeat business or promote another product line. Printful also offers services from graphic design to marketing videos, as well as bulk discounts of up to 30%.
Printify is notable in that it gives you access to a large network of printing partners distributed around the world. This not only means a larger variety of products to choose from, it also lets you select your printer based on the country you want to sell in for faster and more cost-effective shipping.

Altogether, Printify offers some of the best margins and the largest selection of products available. The inherent trade-off is that the quality of the products and the printer’s service can vary based on who you work with. Also, choosing to work with multiple vendors that will require further setup.

ApliiqIf you want to start a clothing line that puts design and quality above all else, there are few better options than Apliiq. Based in downtown LA, it’s the best print on demand clothing provider, offering a wide range of customization options that let you create your own retail-quality private label apparel products.
With better wholesale discounts than most print-on-demand providers (starting at 20% off for a bulk order of 10), Apliiq is a great partner for anyone who wants to start a fashion brand and sell through a mix of online and offline retail channels.

For $100 a year, you can upgrade to a plan that includes 100 custom woven labels that will be sewn onto your products. Instead of offering a discount on samples, like most companies, you pay a markup for quality assurance, wherein an in-house production artist will review your product and make minor tweaks to your design. That way, when you’re ready to dropship or buy in bulk, you can be confident that customers will receive the best version of your product.

Teelaunch : Teelaunch is another solid and versatile print on demand partner. What stands out the most is the quality of the mockups it generates for you—it gives you professional-looking product images to use in marketing materials and even lifestyle photos for some of its items.
With a competitively priced catalog of quality products (including rather unique items like Bluetooth speakers), reasonable fulfillment times, and a responsive customer support team, Teelaunch has all the ingredients to help you build a print-on-demand business.

My all time favourite though is

RedbubbleRedbubble is a leading Print-On-Demand (POD) online marketplace.
Redbubble’s products come from the thousands of independent designers and artists who upload their artwork onto the site.
When a customer makes a purchase, Redbubble will print the artwork onto the product and ship it to the customer (on demand).
The designer will receive a royalty*, usually between 10%-30% of the purchase price (designers have a degree of control over their royalty margins). Selling on Redbubble is completely free and open to anyone. Redbubble artists and designers pay nothing to open an account, upload work, or receive a royalty payment.
When your royalty account reaches $20, Redbubble will send your money to you via Paypal, or directly into your bank account. (paid monthly).

I personally have a Redbubble store and love it, best out of the bunch that I’ve tried if you want to check out my Redbubble store then here is the link

Moving to a new country | with kids

Moving to a new country can be exciting but nerve wracking add in children and it can feel overwhelming to say the least, today I want to share all the advice and tips I have to move overseas after having just made an overseas move for myself with my two young daughters.   Mid January I moved from New Zealand back to Australia, some of you may know that I was actually born in Australia and lived over here until 2011 so for me this was about returning home but for my kids it was moving countries for the first time and while my youngest had no idea what was going on as she was only 3 months old my eldest had a range of emotions and it was honestly quite tough on her at times.   My first bit of advice is to just talk about the move, explain why you’re moving and what to expect in an age-appropriate way so that they can better understand what is going on, talk about all the positives with the move    that would interest them from new experiences to making new friend...

How I manage to run three blogs

Although in 2024 I am only updating two of my three blogs I still thought I would write this blog post as is.  It’s no easy task running three blogs on totally different subjects while maintaining an upload schedule you can stick to but this is how I manage.  I spend one week a year working on my blogs; that’s right only a week. Here is a breakdown so you can better understand how I do this.  Day one: I will look all over the internet and my own brain coming up with ideas for my blog posts  Day two: I chose twelve ideas for each blog and write down what I want to include in my post   Day three: I will make blog graphics up for each post Day four: I will write and edit my writing blog Day five: write and edit main blog  Day six: write and edit endometriosis blog  Day seven: finish up any posts I didn’t get too.  I spend maybe a total of ten hours in that week period working on my blog; I preschedule them so that I don’t have to even th...

How I hid my pregnancy

It is no secret now that I spent most of 2024 pregnant and I managed to hide it for basically my whole pregnancy without anyone finding out minus who I personally decided to tell.  I decided to share my tips on how I hid my pregnancy to help others for whatever reason they decide to not share the big news these can help no matter how long you decide you want to hide it for.  Clothing and appearance I opted for loose, flowing clothing like oversized tops and jumpers and towards the end whenever I had people coming over to my house (I rarely left home other than appointments or shopping anyway) I would wear my oodie.  Behaviour I made sure I had plausible reasons ready for changes in my diet, avoiding alcohol, or even when I was feeling sick with morning sickness (e.g., diet change, medication, or a temporary health issue). Situational adjustments I tried to avoid situations where my body might be closely scrutinized. I also reduced social engagements where people mi...
