I am now very much in the second trimester, and this is what I really found I needed in my first trimester; I had the worst morning sickness and started showing in the first trimester as well.
- Bucket for throwing up
- Seaband to help with nausea
- Dry ginger ale was the only way I could eat anything; after every mouthful of food, I needed to take a sip
- Water crackers for bad days of vomiting
- Prenatal pill
- Maternity clothing
