How I schedule my work week

I have a lot on my plate. Between blogs, Wattpad, YouTube, novel writing and writing for a competition, let alone cleaning the house, cooking, appointments and more.

I thought I would let you guys in on how I manage to keep up with everything {I will have a fake example at the end}.

every Friday I sit down in the afternoon before my partner comes home with my laptop, food planner, phone and Schedule.

The first thing I will do is plan out what I will be cooking for the week. I do this so I know exactly what to buy in my shopping but also so I know each day what time I need to start cooking and be done for the day by.

I don't have a set time I start work. I am typically awake by six-thirty when my partner gets up to go to work but some days I will go back to sleep and others I will start right away it really depends on how tired I am. I only work Monday to Friday now because my partner now has a job where he gets every weekend off so I have to get all my work done in a matter of five days.

Once my food is planned out and my shopping list is written I work out how long it will take me to make the meal so that I can write it down what time each day I need to finish by to make sure tea is ready when he gets home (latest when he gets out of the shower)

I then pull out my phone and work out what appointments I have, if they are at my home (like midwife appointments) or if I have to walk to them and what time they are and time I have to leave the house to get to them in time.

Next is to work out what I have to get done that week. I do this by making a list of everything I need to get done like filming, editing etc. here is a fake example of a list

Need to do for work.

  • film two youtube videos (video one name, video two names)
  • edit and upload youtube videos
  • advertise
  • write a chapter for Wattpad {book name}
  • freelance work
  • write for endo blog
  • write on comp
  • write on projects love, murder.
  • edit project choice

once I have all the information I need to make my work week I write it all up. I don't set time frames for any of it.

Here is a fake list so you can see how it looks it the end.

I am the creator of the Youtube channel and blog Beautyqueen and the blogs Endometriosis and Phoebe M.C. Blog . I have been writing my whole life, but in 2020, I self-published my first novella,  Wrongful Love , and I am now working on a ton more novels and novellas. I have been a YouTuber for many years. I started my YouTube career with a small YouTube channel which I named Phoebe Ann; after a while, I realized I needed a new start. I soon decided to post my final video and start anew with a new channel and new me, which has become the successful channel that people know and love; with over 1,000 subscribers, I’m excited to bring new content throughout many more years to come. When I was fourteen, I miscarried twins, and at seventeen, I fell pregnant with my daughter. I now live with my partner and cat Demitri in a rental house, and we will be we

Top 10 must-see travel destinations: New Zealand

Top 10 places to visit in New Zealand   I moved to New Zealand back when I was seven years old, and as I grew up, I wanted to find some fantastic places to visit. I found the ten best places to visit in New Zealand.  This list will contain five places in the south island of New Zealand and five of the north island.  North Island 1- Matamata All my hobbit fans will definitely want to check out Matamata, where the shire lays.  But for all my non-hobbit fans, there is still a lot to do in Matamata, from the Wairere falls to the opal hot springs.  2- Pouakai If you love long walks, The pouakai range is for you, but even if you don’t want to go on a walk, there is still a lot of sightseeing to do.  3-Waiheke Island From beautiful beaches to wine tours  Waiheke island has something for everyone.  4-Rotorua From the hot springs to the Maori culture, Rotorua is a must-go destination.  5-Coromandel The coromandel has such a vibrant history that it’s no wonder most people rave about going to t
