How I track everything I do & how I plan to do better

How I keep track of everything

Keeping track of everything I need to do for social media can be difficult and thankfully in 2024 I was getting really good at pre-filming and keeping ahead of all my work.

When ever my daughter was away with her dads family I would pre-film my YouTube videos and TikTok’s in advance, I would try to always be a month ahead of my schedule to make it easier.

To keep track of what needed to be done I would write out a plan with each date a video or podcast needed to go up and what it was so that I knew what I needed to film and the date it needed to be done and posted by.

How I plan to do better

I know I struggled to keep on top of everything all the time the last few years with just one child who I did get breaks from at times to be able to pre-film etc. and now with a second child here and in a new country with less time; I know it is going to be harder even though I was just starting to get in a routine so I have spent a while trying to work out how to do better this year and in the future to stay on top of all of my social media responsibilities.

I plan to do my writing while the kids are in bed. When it comes to social media posts on instagram I am hoping to be able to schedule posts in advance, tiktoks I will try and pre-film and sit in my drafts to post randomly and will just continue to post on X and apps like that when I have something to post.

Blog posts I always pre-write as much as possible so I wasn’t that concerned there but when it comes to my podcasts and YouTube this is going to be the harder one, last year I did extremely well with staying consistent. I am hoping to still be able to pre-film as much as possible so that I can always stay ahead.

I have no idea if this will work in my favour but I am going to try my hardest to get into some sort of routine as the year goes on to make it easier for myself.

How I manage to run three blogs

Although in 2024 I am only updating two of my three blogs I still thought I would write this blog post as is.  It’s no easy task running three blogs on totally different subjects while maintaining an upload schedule you can stick to but this is how I manage.  I spend one week a year working on my blogs; that’s right only a week. Here is a breakdown so you can better understand how I do this.  Day one: I will look all over the internet and my own brain coming up with ideas for my blog posts  Day two: I chose twelve ideas for each blog and write down what I want to include in my post   Day three: I will make blog graphics up for each post Day four: I will write and edit my writing blog Day five: write and edit main blog  Day six: write and edit endometriosis blog  Day seven: finish up any posts I didn’t get too.  I spend maybe a total of ten hours in that week period working on my blog; I preschedule them so that I don’t have to even th...

How to tell if you are a rebound or if the guy really likes you

Oh, the agony, you are talking to a guy, and he is giving mixed signals about if he really likes you or if he is pretending to use you as a rebound; well, I have compiled a list for both to help you work out what you really are. We have all been there at least once in our lives; you start talking to a guy, and you can not make sense about how he is really felling; there are a few telltale signs about what you are. Now rebounds are not just sleeping around; they can be emotional too. A rebound is only a relationship or relations that happen while they are still getting over there partner. 90% of rebound relationships will fall apart within three months, but how long it takes to heal from a relationship depends on how long the relationship was, the person and if the relationship was over way before it actually ended. some signs you are just a rebound are: they are totally in love with you even though you haven't known each other long your relationship moves really fast...
