Having suffered a miscarriage a year and 4 days ago, losing my twins was one of the hardest things I have ever gone through, and that's coming from someone who watched there girlfriend die, watching there best friend die from cancer, losing my stepdad and great grandad all within a few years period. Dealing with a miscarriage is never easy, and having talked to women who have had multiple miscarriages, it doesn't sound like it gets any easier, but there are many ways to help cope.
